Your responsibilities as Art Manager (m/f/d) include:

  • Work with the art director to maintain scheduling, priorities,  and task transparency for art department in order to inform key decisions and planning
  • Aid in identifying production and resource related risks
  • Work with project departmental art director, teams, and company leadership to attain high quality in-engine visuals in a timely manner
  • Understanding of industry standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and resurrectionary challenges of real-time development
  • Aid art director and discipline leads in in creating and identifying process documentation and solutions as needed

  • Noteworthy track record in a management support role
  • Minimum 2+ years of industry experience working with creatives in a studio or dev setting. (preferably in real-time production)
  • Experience collaborating with artists, directors, and producers to identify time estimates, tasking, and tracking
  •  Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Pluses: Experience with agile methodologis / German language skills
